Its mission is to contribute concretely to a more supportive, more human and more responsible professional world. pairtopair is not intended to maximize profit. Once operating costs are covered, all surplus is reinvested into projects with social impact, in order to broaden access to mentoring and the transmission of experience.
In this context, pairtopair pursues in particular the following three objectives:
• To reduce loneliness in the professional world (executives, managers, self-employed professionals, employees and students) by facilitating authentic connections between peers.
• To accelerate experiential learning, by enabling everyone to progress through structured exchanges with people who have gone through similar professional realities.
• To make support accessible, through a solidarity-based model: adapted pricing for executives and associations in economically vulnerable situations, and free access for students.
